From our experience in driving transformation initiatives, we employ a blend of industry methods based on Prosci’s ADKAR change model and Kotter’s 8-Step Process for Leading Change to expedite the development of a change management plan targeted around a client’s business strategy and operational needs to maximize value and stakeholder return from the insight out.

Throughout the change management process, we utilize the Prosci Change Management Maturity Model to capture an early understanding of the organizations ability to adopt and enable change. This measurement will allow our team to understand additional factors that could be realized during the change initiative that need to be accounted for to ensure the change initiative is executed with minimal issues.
